All orders made through Prezzely are accepted on the basis that these terms and conditions have been read and you agree to be bound by them. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should shop make any purchases through this website.
Ordering from Prezzely
When you place an order on our website, this does not mean we have accepted your order and it may be refused based on the following reasons:
1) Where goods are no longer available.
2) If no payment has been made.
3) If there has been a pricing or product description error.
4) If your order does not comply with our terms and conditions. We currently only ship orders to the UK so this will include any orders from outside the united kingdom.
5) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
6) If we believe you intend to resell or replicate our products.
We cannot sell alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion. By placing an order you confirm that both you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over.
These terms and conditions will become binding when we begin to process your order, when a contact will be formed between you and us. Once you receive your order you will become the owner of those items. Any loss, damage or injury caused to your items after you have received them will not be the responsibility of Prezzely unless the damage is caused by a fault with the product.
We aim to provide accurate pictures and descriptions of the items we sell, but they may look different in the flesh. If there is anything unclear, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact us at the address given at the bottom of these Terms or by email: email@example.com.
Variations in our products
Most of our products are made using natural materials like wood and slate. Because of this, there may be slight variations in the colour, shape and grain of your items. We endeavour to keep all our designs the same but we will not deem slight variations as a fault and this will not be the basis for a refund.
From time to time, products from our suppliers may be changed or discontinued. In the event of this we will attempt to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as your initial order. In the event of a change, we will always contact you and provice details of the new items before commencing your order.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change or update our prices at any time and without prior warning.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by you. The delivery address may differ from your billing address and we do provide an option to deliver directly to the recipient of your gift. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received so please check this carefully when ordering.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances out of our control which may cause a delay including acts of god, industrial action and adverse weather. If your order does not arrive within 28 days or your order and you have not notified us then Prezzely will not accept any responsibility for missing items after this time.
We currently only deliver within the UK. Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.
The majority of items are sent via Royal Mail. The estimated delivery time of first class parcels is 1-2 working days and second class is 2-3 working days. These are not guaranteed services and are not trackable. If you have not received your items within these timescales please check with your local sorting office even if you have not had a calling card before contacting us. Royal Mail specify maximum timescales for their delivery services and an item is not considered lost until after these dates as follows:
First Class – 10 working days from the date of posting.
Second Class – 14 working dats from the date of posting.
We do keep proof of posting but Prezzely will not consider a parcel as lost and will not look to replace items until after these timeframes.
In the event that we replace an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered/not called for by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
Our handmade products are deemed to be "bespoke/personalised" and this includes your choice of material, font and personalisation. In accordance with the distance selling regulations we are unable to accept an item to be returned back to us if you have experienced a change of heart.
During the ordering process, and when in contact with us, we will ask you for certain personal details including postal and email addresses, telephone numbers and names of you and any person who are making a purchase for. This is essential information which enables us to process your order. Prezzely will never sell or pass this information on to third parties. We may however pass on your contact telephone number to the courier we use to despatch your items but this is not used for sales or marketing purposes.
Prezzely do not have access to or store credit or debit card details. We use a secure checkout provider to ensure your card details are protected.
If you choose to join our mailing list, we may contact you with information regarding special offers or new products on our site. We do not sell on our mailing list information to third parties. You can remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by contacting us.
